Copy Column Widths To Another Sheet

Anytime you create a new worksheet and find that you need column widths the same as those in an existing sheet, there is an easy way to duplicate them.

  1. Select a range of cells from the original worksheet that include the columns you want to copy
  2. Choose Edit, Copy.
  3. Switch to the new sheet and click in any cell in the column where you want the copied widths to begin.
  4. Now click Edit, Paste Special, choose the Column Widths option and click OK.
Now, isn't that much easier?
